JK Facility Services are proud members of the Facilities Management Association of New Zealand.  This association represents New Zealand's community of facility management professionals with ongoing professional development and knowledge sharing across the industry and it's members.

Our JK Facility Services technicians have completed the Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT) certification ensuring they have the knowledge and experience to scoping, assess mitigation, cleaning, deodorization, subrogation, spoliation, documentation of residential and commercial fire and smoke damaged structures and contents.

All of our JK Facility Services technicians are certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) certification, which ensures our team members are compliant with the knowledge and experience to perform remediation work and an understanding of water damage, its effects, and techniques for drying structures.
